SUPER training day!! Really enjoyed motorpacing behind Jason with FasCat Coaching (it wasn't as bad as I thought) followed by doing some efforts uphill for an hour and then some spinning. I couldn't help myself, I felt so good!!! Even though that climb took forever, was still an awesome day! All Smiles so far
