What can I say, this past weekend was a great weekend of fun.  How can you call it training, when it’s such a blast to do?  Training to some conjures up puddles of sweat in the basement, counting calories, every workout planned, etc.  To myself & others it’s a nice extension of your natural being. Things have really started to mesh well the last few weeks. Been getting some good ride time in on the bike & all the snow is starting to melt. The sun is even shining! Few days last week I managed some early morning road rides along the lakefront. Something quite serene & peaceful about it. [...]
