• Still in first. An hour and a half in front of second. #
• Had to dropout while in 1st blew out right knee. Couldn’t push on the pedals. I’ll live to race again #
• Knee is ok. Tender and sore, just an overuse injury. Lots of torque in the deep mud and no granny ring to help. Rest and I’ll be back soon #
