The End or the Beginning?
Today, was my last ride in Colorado. A short quick effort to see how the legs feel after this past weekends epicness. 5 super quick super hard efforts to get me ready for the weekend.
Leaving is a downer for sure, but I take with me some great experiences and I’ve made some incredible friends.
Moving to Colorado has been a lifelong dream of mine. I’ve spent years planning my escape, dreaming if what I’d do and the great rides to be had.
While I’m sad to leave, I’m glad to be moving back home with my family. For those wondering, I’m still coaching and I’ll still be toeing the line at the races. Just this time I’ll have the support of my family standing behind me. For that I can’t be happier.
I leave for Arkansas tomorrow. Hitting up the ouachita challenge this weekend then heading home to new york.

why leaving?? CO is for sure my favorite state- hard to imagine once planted there why would uproot
