Quick Tempo
Another beautiful day here in Colorado. Headed over to LeftHand Canyon to knock out 3 Tempo efforts of 10 minutes each with a 10 minute rest interval. It was super windy heading north on 36, I had the bike at a 45 degree angle a few times leaning in and trying to stay on the road.
Intervals weren’t that hard, but the fatigue of the past few days is catching up with me. Tomorrow I plan on just putting in some hours on the mountain bike and having some fun as it’s the last day of nice weather.
On a side note, it looks like I’m flying home next week for a few days. I’m excited to go home, but not under this pretext. Bridget has to have surgery on her shoulder (she fell on the ice early this winter and damaged it). So I’ll be heading home for about 6 days to help her out and take care of her 4 yr old son, Lake. He know has a 2nd mario kart wheel, so I guess I’ll have no more excuses when he schools me.
